Sample Projects

  • Customer Loyalty Analysis: Devised and conducted a study of firm clients over three years to identify Clients, Markets, Practice, Sectors, for resource allocation on basis of Client retention, attrition, and acquisition.  Developed strategic recommendations regarding business development strategy based on findings and optimizing revenue generation.
     

  • Rebrand and Promotion: Having been operational for three years, a fund finance advisory group was entering its next phase of business growth and needed a strategic partner to manage marketing and operational activities. We managed a firm rebrand, including the launch of a new website and drove marketing related to firm expansion and new partner arrivals.  We manage all marketing, as well as daily operational activity on an ongoing basis. 
     

  • International Comms Revamp: A multinational law firm with offices in the U.S. and Europe faced challenges in aligning practice group activity across offices. We serve as an extension of the marketing team to help facilitate inter-office communications and drive projects forward by developing relationships with key constituents and working to ensure the right projects are prioritized. We also work with lawyers to develop individualized marketing plans aimed at raising their profile both internally and externally. 
     

  • Public Relations Campaign: Worked alongside a team of executive coaches and consultants to manage a firm rebrand, including the launch of a new website. Managed all firm communications and marketing activity, including ghostwriting and placing articles in Forbes Coaches Council. Provided onsite support during multi-day workshops and trainings at client offices.
     

  • Law Firm Project Manager and Team Support: Advisor to the Chief Marketing Officer of a multinational law firm, and working alongside the Marketing Department on an ongoing basis to align European and US office marketing activity, including practice and sector marketing plans, press relations and legal directory submissions. 
     

  • US Legal Market Analysis: Pioneered Data Analytics Initiative to analyze law firms in the US market and generate priority client targets based on multiple variables as predictors of success for new engagement.  The results of this analytical model became the basis of our go to market strategy for multiple years.
